The Directors (Pictured to the right):
Sarah Moore is a successful local businesswoman who has run her own company in the Recruitment sector for over fourteen years supplying staff to the social housing and special needs sectors especially and whilst providing a strong commercial experience, Sarah is also a seasoned professional in terms of ensuring that Waterside meets its statutory requirements and delivers a first class service. Although Sarah herself has no formal qualifications in childcare she is an experienced mother of a 9year old son who is a regular and contented visitor to many of the clubs.
Helen Archer is currently qualified in childcare with a CACHE Level 2 in Playwork and both CEE/CSE and City Guilds level qualifications. Helen has previously worked as a Nanny, Non teaching assistant with both disabled and able bodied Children. Helen is also an experienced mother of two, 9 and 1 yrs old, again a regular club visitor.
Michelle Cooper is qualified in NVQ 2&3 in CACHE and has other qualifications such as first aid, first steps to playwork, child protection, Epi pen, food hygiene, CAF and much more. Michelle has previously worked as a nursery nurse working with all age ranges and is now our manager at Waterside Out Of School Clubs CIC.
