The Directors:
Sarah Moore is a successful local businesswoman who has run her own company in the Recruitment sector for over ten years supplying staff to the social housing and special needs sectors especially and whilst providing a strong commercial experience, Sarah is also a seasoned professional in terms of ensuring that Waterside meets its statutory requirements and delivers a first class service. Although Sarah herself has no formal qualifications in childcare she is an experienced mother of a 5 year old son who is a regular and contented visitor to many of the clubs.
Helen Archer is currently qualified in childcare with a CACHE Level 2 in Playwork and both CEE/CSE and City Guilds level qualifications. Helen has previously worked as a Nanny, Non teaching assistant with both disabled and able bodied Children. Helen is also an experienced mother of a 5 year old son again a regular club visitor.
