About Waterside
Waterside Out of School Clubs CIC provides a service to Parents of School Children between the ages of 4 – 11 years. Working closely with parents and guardians, we treat all children as we would our own.

We strive always to provide high quality childcare for both out of school hours and school holidays. We always ensure that all our Clubs fully involve the Children, the Parents and the School in the way that they are run ensuring that quality standards and expectations are consistently met and exceeded and we also monitor our progress against these goals.
We guarantee that at all staff responsible for the Children have the following qualifications and certificates:
1. CRB Checked
2. OFSTED registered
3. First aid trained
4. Food hygiene
5. Remaining full-time permanent staff usually work towards their Play-Work qualifications
We work with both the Early Education & Childcare Unit within Hampshire County Council to ensure that we are up to date with the latest requirements and information with regards to “Out of Hours Childcare”, and with OFSTED to ensure that we maintain quality reports & inspections with them. We also work closely with our staff to ensure they are fully involved in the running of the Clubs which underpins our low staff turnover.
